Where do I pick up and return up my rental?

We are located in Washington Utah, near Crimson Cliffs High School. We will send you the exact address in your confirmation email upon booking.

Question 2

I only need to rent for a few hours, do you do partial rentals?

Unfortunately, we only offer one day rentals at this time.

Question 3

Does the rental time start when I pick up the machine?

Accepted Answer

When renting the machine, you are renting for a set time slot - 10:00 am to 9:00 am the next day. You are welcome to pick up the machine anytime after 10:00 am and return the machine anytime before 9:00 am the next day. If you bring the machine back after 9:00 am, it is considered late and you may lose your deposit.

Why is my booking costing me $50 more than I expected?

Accepted Answer

We require a $50 deposit to hold your booking and cover any damage, missing parts, needed cleaning, late returns, or no shows. When you return the machine - clean, on time, working, with all parts and accessories - we will refund your $50 deposit to your card.

Question 5

Will someone be available to help me load into my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

If you are renting one of our larger machines (soft serve, and popcorn) please plan on bringing someone with you to help. We do our best to be here when you pick up the machine, but we are not always available. We will provide a dolly to help transport our larger items.

Question 6

I have unopened materials left, can I return them?

Accepted Answer

We do our best to offer refunds on materials, if they are in the original packaging and unopened. We also reserve the right to refuse any materials that appear to be tampered with or not in original condition.

Question 7

My machine didn't work. Do you offer a refund?

Accepted Answer

We apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to ensure all our machines are in working order and ready for your event. We also provide extensive troubleshooting guides on our pages. More often than not, it is something simple that is addressed in the guides. If the troubleshooting guide does not resolve your issue, reach out to us at info@rentitlikeitshot.com  with a phone number to contact you at. We closely monitor our email and will do our best to reach out when possible. If we still cannot fix the issues, return the machine and we are able to assess the reason for the failure (i.e. faulty machine, damaged in transport, user error, etc) and we will work with you on coming to a resolution.

I already booked, but need to change my date or cancel.
