Claw Machine

Use key to open front glass door, and load prizes.  Insert a token into the coin slot. Music and lights will activate. Use the joystick on the console to move the claw forward/backward and left/right over your target prize. Press the drop button to lower the claw and attempt to grab. The claw will lift and travel to the prize chute. Collect your prize!

Using the key, unlock the panel where you insert the tokens. Carefully pull out the mechanism avoiding putting pressure on the wiring. Locate the red circle button and press once to enter the setting menu. Carefully replace the token mechanism, ensuring no wires are pinched or blocking where tokens drop into the tray. Navigate with the joystick (up/down) and press the pick key to select. A1 — Plays per coin: How many plays one token buys A2 — Game time: 10–60 seconds per play A3 — Background music: On / Off A4 — Air grab: On / Off A5 — Prize exit :Front or back chute A7 — Volume: Adjustable level A8 — Bonus coin: Reward after N consecutive plays B1 — Grip voltage: Higher = stronger grip B2 — Release voltage: Controls when claw lets go B3 — Claw lift height: Longer time = higher lift B4 — Drop distance: Controls claw descent depth C1 / C2 — Motor speed: Forward/back & left/right D1 — Prize release mode: Fixed / Random / Vending D2 — Strong grab every N plays: 1–50 plays D4 — Guaranteed prize: Keeps strong-grabbing until win Turn volume to level 1 if using indoors — the default is arcade-loud. You can also toggle music off entirely under A3. For a fair family experience, set D1 to "Vending Mode" and D4 (Guaranteed Prize) to On — players keep getting strong grabs until someone wins.

Claw drops prizes immediately after grabbing: Increase the B1 (Grip Voltage) setting — a higher value means a stronger hold. Also check that B2 (Release Voltage) is not set too low. Start by raising B1 by a few increments and test. Claw doesn't descend far enough to reach prizes: Increase the B4 (Drop Distance) setting. This controls how long the claw descends, so a higher value sends it deeper. Adjust in small increments. Coin isn't being accepted / machine doesn't start: Make sure you're using 25, 26, or 27 mm tokens — real coins of other sizes may not register. Insert the coin smoothly and at a consistent speed. If it goes in too slowly, try again. Check the coin drawer to make sure it isn't jammed or full. Prize sensor light stays on when no prize has been dispensed: Turn off the prize-out sensor (D3) and restart the machine. If the light persists after restarting and the wiring looks intact, the main board may need to be replaced. Claw moves too fast or too slow: Adjust C1 (Forward/Backward Motor Speed) and C2 (Left/Right Motor Speed). Higher values increase speed. Tune each axis separately to find the right feel. No prizes coming out even after successful grabs: Check A5 (Prize Exit) — make sure it's set to the correct FRONT chute direction. Also verify prizes aren't too large for the exit opening and haven't gotten jammed. Machine won't power on: Confirm the power cord is fully seated at both ends. Check the wall outlet with another device. The machine accepts AC 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz — it should work with standard US outlets.

The machine will come set up to use the included tokens. (Please make sure you return the tokens with the machine). If you would rather set up for free play, please refer to the section on "Settings Menu" above.

The claw maxes out at 2.5" so if you are using solid items, made sure they have parts that are small enough for the claw to grab around. We rent and sell clear prize balls that are the ideal size for the machine and can be filled with a variety of items.
